History of our company:
Barry Chubb founded the company originally in 1997 under the name "Chubb Real Estate." We operated multiple offices in Western New York for many years before signing a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation in 2005. The firm was renamed Coldwell Banker Chubb Real Estate, and continued to be owned and operated by Barry Chubb and his business partner, Daniel Kieffer.
Fast forward to 2018 - after being affiliated with the Coldwell Banker network for over a decade, the Chubb-Aubrey Leonard Realty agency once again became an independent firm. Being locally owned and operated allows our company to focus more on our local relationships and word-of-mouth connections to better serve our clients' needs.
