Dawn LoPresto Biography

My name is Dawn LoPresto and I have been involved in Real Estate for 5 years.  My first role in Real Estate was Director of Relocation for Coldwell Banker Chubb.  As a new position for the company, it was my responsibility to create all the programs, policies, and procedures for this new function of Coldwell Banker Chubb.  Besides managing all the relocation related activities, I also was tasked to create & manage our vendor partnership program, our unique Handy Man Service, and also all the Company Internet leads.

My time as Director of Relocation was very rewarding, however I developed a strong desire to pursue Real Estate Sales.  Real Estate sales allowed me stay with my established relationships right through the entire process of home ownership.  None of life's financial decisions are more important nor more emotional than their home.  To be the person, to help them navigate this long intricate process is the ideal role for me.  I utilize all the market data, latest technology and most progressive marketing to best service my clients.  Data, technology and Attention-To-Detail are the critical elements the allow me to negotiate the best deal for you!  There's no "winging it" here!
